Di tengah kota kecil Kualatungkal, yang biasanya tenang dan damai, sebuah tragedi kelam terjadi dalam sebuah rumah sederhana. Rumah yang selama ini menjadi tempat bernaung bagi seorang gadis kecil berusia enam tahun, kini berubah menjadi saksi bisu dari pengkhianatan yang tak termaafkan. Di balik dinding-dinding rumah itu, kejahatan yang mengerikan dilakukan oleh seseorang yang seharusnya menjadi pelindung—ayah tirinya sendiri.
Matahari tengah terik saat Senin, 2 September 2024, seorang wanita muda harus meninggalkan rumah untuk pergi ke rumah sakit. Dalam kepanikannya, ia menitipkan anaknya yang masih kecil kepada suaminya, RYS. Tidak ada keraguan dalam hatinya; pria berusia 37 tahun yang dikenal sebagai honorer di Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran itu selalu terlihat sebagai sosok yang bertanggung jawab. Namun, di balik wajah tenang dan senyumnya yang tampak tulus, tersembunyi niat jahat yang tak pernah ia duga.
Tak lama setelah sang istri pergi, RYS memulai rencananya yang keji. Dengan dalih bermain, ia membujuk anak tirinya yang masih polos. Anak itu masih kecil, berusia 6 tahun. Namun, ketika bujukan itu tak membuahkan hasil, ia menggunakan kekerasan. Di rumah yang seharusnya menjadi tempat teraman bagi sang gadis kecil, RYS merenggut kepolosannya dengan cara yang paling brutal.
Setelah melancarkan aksinya, RYS dengan dingin menyuruh anak kecil itu mandi dan mengganti bajunya, seolah-olah tak terjadi apa-apa. Sang anak, yang masih terlalu muda untuk memahami apa yang baru saja terjadi, hanya bisa merasakan sakit yang mengoyak tubuhnya. Ia tidak menangis, hanya menyimpan rasa takut yang tak terlukiskan di dalam hati kecilnya.
Hari-hari berlalu dalam keheningan. RYS menjalani hidupnya seolah-olah tidak ada yang berubah, sementara sang gadis kecil menanggung derita yang tak seorang pun tahu. Namun, pada Kamis, 5 September 2024, ia tak mampu lagi menahan sakit yang terus menghantuinya. Dengan suara kecil yang nyaris tak terdengar, ia mengeluh kepada ibunya.
Ibu sang anak segera membawanya ke rumah sakit, dipenuhi kecemasan yang tak bisa ia jelaskan. Di sana, kebenaran yang mengerikan terungkap. Dokter menemukan luka serius di bagian intim putrinya, tanda tak terbantahkan dari kejahatan yang telah dilakukan. Dengan hati yang hancur, sang ibu melaporkan kejadian itu ke Polres Tanjab Barat, berharap hukum dapat memberi keadilan bagi putrinya.
Kapolres Tanjab Barat, AKBP Agung Basuki, melalui Kasatreskrim AKP Frans, mengungkapkan dengan tegas bahwa kejahatan ini tidak akan dibiarkan tanpa hukuman. "Pelaku ini menyetubuhi anaknya di rumah, pelaku merupakan honorer di damkar," ujar AKP Frans.
Di balik wajah tenang dan senyum ramahnya, RYS menyimpan rahasia lain yang tak kalah kelam. Dalam penyelidikan lebih lanjut, terungkap bahwa ia juga merupakan pengguna narkotika jenis sabu.
